*This rate is available to either non-members or existing members who would like to renew their membership.
**In order to be eligible to attend this session you must have completed and passed the theoretical test module on the IUGA website and attend the OASIS hands-on repair workshop at an IUGA annual meeting or one conducted by a PROTECT trained trainer within 2 years of taking the theoretical test.
All cancellations must be made in writing to iuga@clq-group.com by April 30, 2015. Cancellations made on or before April 30, 2015 will be eligible for a refund less a €75 processing fee. IUGA will not refund cancellations received after April 30, 2015. All refunds will be processed two to three weeks after the Annual Meeting.
Invitation Letter – The invitation letter is for health care professionals who need to apply for a visa in order to attend the 2015 IUGA Annual Meeting in Nice, France. The invitations imply no obligation, financial or otherwise, by IUGA.
